The game is an ultimate antidote to racing games, where pedestrians and cows are worth points, and opponents are a bunch of crazies in a twisted mix of automotive killing machines.
The game features a single-player career mode, free play mode, online and offline multiplayer mode, and CarMODgeddon mods mode.
